Holidays or weekends
will be shipped out in

Stock Items:
Due to high volume of
purchases of some items
and special orders or
due to circumstances
beyond our control, some
items may not be
available the day of
your order. Out of stock
items are usually
shipped out within 2 to

International Shipping:
If you are an
international customer,
you may incur import
duties and taxes, which
are levied once the
package reaches your
country. Additional
charges for customs
clearance are your
responsibility; Blue
Water Ships Stores
cannot predict these;
you should contact your
local customs office for
information. When
ordering from

you're considered the
importer of record and
must comply with your
country's laws and
regulations. Customs
forms for all
international packages
list the value of your
order.
To
properly process an
international order,
please be aware that
Blue Water Ships Stores
will ship only as far as
a major port address in
the United States. It
will be your
responsibility to make
all payment arrangements
with a carrier of your
choice to ship from that
major US port address to
the destination you
choose.
Please
make these arrangements
with a carrier and
advise us of the
complete shipping
address of the port you
choose. We will ship to
the desired address upon
receipt of payment in
full. Payment must
be made in US dollars
via a
wire transfer, American
Express, or PayPal.
If you
are using a American
Express or PayPal,
the shipping address
must be an authorized/verified
ship to address
registered with your
credit card company.
Kindly fax a copy of
both sides of the credit
card you would like to
use for payment of this
order and include a copy
of a government-issued
photo identification
document. Please also
include the complete
name, address, phone
number, fax number and
email address (if
available) of the
issuing bank for this
credit card.
Additionally, in order
to verify your account
with the credit card
company, we will need
the complete billing
address and full name as
it appears on the credit
card.
Once we
receive and confirm all
payment and delivery
information as outlined
above, we will bill your
credit card and ship the
order to the US port
address that you
designate.
With the
shipment of your order,
we will include one
original invoice and two
copies of that invoice.
In
addition to the
pre-payment of your
order and freight
charges from our store
to the designated US
port, you will be
responsible for any and
all other applicable
documentation, taxes,
tariffs, duties, import
fees, transit fees,
handling fees, freight
costs and/or delivery
fees.

Returns
Policy:
All
non-video items are
guaranteed against
defects in material and
workmanship for a period
of 30 days from date of
shipping. If
non-video items are
returned within 30 days,
we will exchange for
same non-defective item.

sales are final.
We offer immediate
exchange for defective
videos (same title only)
if returned within 30
days of shipping.
Some
items that may cause
public health concerns
can not be returned, so
please make your choice
with care on those
items. ALL
RETURNABLE ITEMS MUST BE
IN NEW CONDITION, IN
ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR
EXCHANGE.
